It has come to my attention that there has been some confusion regarding the guarantee outlined in section 03, Part 3, subpart A, of the Telescope Media Group website, which states…

…whenever you stop by to say hello, the cookies will still be warm.

We stand by this guarantee and enjoy the opportunity to make treats for our clients. However, the following clarifications and stipulations apply:

First, this assumes we know you are coming. Otherwise, you’re going to have to wait about 15 minutes… And it really helps if you’re actually a client. Or, a potential client. And, we’d prefer to have a longer conversation than simply, “hello”, if possible.

Second, the guarantee only applies to in-studio visits. We do not carry a portable oven to client meetings held off-site. In such cases, coffee, tea, or incredibly spicy Thai food are generally offered as alternatives.

Thirdly, this guarantee does not apply to crew members,  freelancers, or their animal companions. Your odds go down significantly if you’re a random person asking for a cookie… but we’ll do what we can.
